Rieu Dinner Packages
Applicable to all online reservations for the 3-course dinner menu during the André Rieu concert period. Version June 2026.
Article 1 – Identity of the operator

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements entered into with Kaffee Naovenant (hereinafter: "Naovenant"), located at Helmstraat 16B in Maastricht, for the 3-course dinner menu during the André Rieu concert period on the Vrijthof.
By placing an online reservation and completing payment, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Menu selection
3.1 After successful payment, the guest receives a personal link to submit a menu choice for each participant.
3.2 Naovenant requests guests to submit their menu choices no later than 24 hours before the start of the reserved evening.
3.3 If no menu choice is submitted, Naovenant reserves the right to assign a default choice.
Article 4 – Reservation & Payment
A reservation is only valid after full advance payment of € 75.00 per person (inclusive of VAT) via one of the available payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or KBC/CBC Payment Button.
After successful payment, the guest will receive a confirmation email. At that point the agreement has been concluded and these terms and conditions are irrevocably in effect.
Naovenant reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if there is doubt about the accuracy of the information provided or in the event of force majeure. Naovenant also reserves the right to adjust prices; changes do not apply to already confirmed and paid reservations.
Article 5 – Cancellation & Refund Policy
After completing payment, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued, unless expressly provided otherwise in Article 6 (concert cancellation) or Article 7 (extreme weather conditions).
If a guest fails to appear on the reserved date, the reservation lapses without any right to a refund or compensation.
Rescheduling on request: By mutual agreement and exclusively subject to availability, a reservation may be moved once to another concert evening in the same period. Such a request must be submitted in writing no later than 24 hours before the start of the reserved evening via info@naovenant.nl. No price difference will be charged or refunded.
Article 6 – Concert Cancellation
If an André Rieu concert is cancelled before the start of the evening, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the dinner amount paid. Naovenant will endeavour to process this refund within 14 days of the cancelled date via the original payment method.
No refund will be made if the concert has already started at the time an interruption, shortening or early conclusion occurs. In that case, the dinner agreement is considered fully fulfilled once the meal has been served or the service has commenced.
Naovenant is not responsible for decisions made by the concert organisation and compensates only the dinner amount, not any additional costs incurred by the guest (travel, tickets, accommodation, etc.).
Article 7 – Weather Conditions & Outdoor Terrace
Dinner is served on the outdoor terrace of Kaffee Naovenant, located on the Vrijthof in Maastricht. The terrace is partially covered with parasols, but Naovenant cannot guarantee full shelter in the event of rain, wind or other weather conditions.
The interior of the establishment is not available as a seating area for dining guests during the concert period; this space is reserved for kitchen operations, service staff and sanitary access.
In the event of extreme weather conditions (storm, code orange or red issued by the KNMI, or unsafe situations at the sole discretion of management), Naovenant reserves the right to temporarily interrupt or adjust its service. In the event of a complete inability to provide service due to extreme weather conditions, Naovenant will decide on a case-by-case basis on an appropriate solution, including possible rescheduling to another evening. Refunds solely due to weather conditions are expressly excluded, unless the situation makes it impossible to serve the full menu and this is solely attributable to Naovenant.
By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges that this is an outdoor event and that weather risks are inherent to participation.
Article 8 – Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Guests with allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements must communicate these explicitly when placing the reservation via the designated field in the reservation form, and again via the personal menu selection link sent by email after payment.
Naovenant will make every effort to accommodate stated requirements, but cannot offer absolute guarantees regarding cross-contamination or the availability of alternative dishes. Dietary requirements not communicated in advance cannot be guaranteed on location.
Naovenant accepts no liability for allergic reactions or other health consequences resulting from the failure to communicate, or incomplete communication of, dietary requirements at the time of reservation.
Article 9 – Liability
Naovenant is not liable for damage, loss or theft of guests' personal belongings on the terrace or in the vicinity of the establishment.
Naovenant is likewise not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, damage resulting from weather conditions, third-party conduct, or decisions made by the concert organisation.
Naovenant's liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the guest for the dinner package.
Article 10 – Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the atmosphere and character of Kaffee Naovenant. Naovenant reserves the right to refuse or remove guests who cause nuisance, display aggressive behaviour or fail to follow instructions from staff, without any right to a refund.
Bringing outside food and beverages is not permitted.
Article 11 – Privacy & Data Processing
When placing a reservation, the guest provides personal data (name, email address, any dietary requirements). This data is used solely for the purpose of executing the reservation agreement — including sending the confirmation email and menu selection link — and is stored in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). Data will not be shared with third parties without consent. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
Article 12 – Governing Law & Disputes
All agreements between Naovenant and the guest are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation; Naovenant can be reached at info@naovenant.nl. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Limburg, location Maastricht.
Article 13 – Amendments
Naovenant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The version in effect at the time of reservation is decisive. Guests are advised to re-read the terms and conditions with each reservation.
